Download the app, set the permissions that you want i.e.

Conclusion
Doggy Planet were sent a Tractive GPS to test and review and having lived with it for the last 3 months, we can honestly say that we love this GPS pet tracker and it’s our number 1 pick in our best dog trackers roundup.
We found the Tractive app extremely easy to setup with clear and familiar instructions. We are iPhone users, so you’ll be familiar with downloading the Tractive app from the app store if you to have an iPhone.
The user interface of the app is very intuitive and easy to both use and navigate, it’s simple without losing functionality or lacking anything.
The tracker and app worked exactly as they should. We tested the geo fencing intensively in both city and rural areas and the coverage worked wonderfully everywhere we tested it. The moment our pooches left the perimeter we were notified almost instantly every. Single. Time! Flawless and amazing peace of mind.
Other reviewers have claimed battery life is an issue, we can hand on heart state that this hasn’t been the case for us during our usage of the dog tracker.
Our only gripe is that you have to pay a subscription fee, we’d have preferred it to be synced to our iPhone and we’d happily have done without the social element, which could have meant no need for their own cloud server.
That’s just us though and we believe lots of our readers will love the social aspect that this great value for money tracker provides.
